Is AI-native just a label?

It is, on most sites. Every EA vendor now says AI-native. The honest test is not the label but the mechanism: does the model maintain itself, and does every AI answer carry its source, model version and confidence so you can check it? That is what we mean by it, and it is what the comparison pages examine.

Are the classic suites a bad choice?

No. For a large enterprise with a full EA team, deep existing integrations or a procurement process that wants analyst-backed safety, an incumbent can be the right call. Do you show competitor pricing?
