01Our commitments
Principles we commit to
This is what we commit to — in how we work, how we handle data, how we use AI, and how we approach commercial relationships. These are not aspirational values. They are operational commitments.
02How we work
Truth before narrative
No fake proof. No fake metrics. No uncertified compliance badges. If we don't have a certification, we say so. If we can't do something yet, we say so.
Small team, tight feedback loop
The founder still writes code. That means every feature decision is made with direct accountability for the consequence. We don't grow faster than we can keep that feedback loop tight.
Danish craftsmanship
Calm, considered, not hype. We don't add features because they're trendy. We add them because they solve a concrete problem for the EA-responsible person in a Nordic midmarket organisation.
03Data
Data hosted in Frankfurt — EU only
All data is stored in Frankfurt via Neon PostgreSQL and the Vercel fra1 region. No data leaves the EU without explicit consent. Anthropic zero-retention policy is active.
Export is always available
You can export all your data to CSV or JSON at any time — not only on cancellation. Data belongs to you. We facilitate access; we don't own it.
Deletion within 30 days on cancellation
On cancellation, all data is deleted completely within 30 days. No data is held back as a backup silo after you have deleted your account. Standard DPA terms.
04AI
All AI features have guardrails
assertAiAllowed guard on all AI features, monthly cost ceiling per workspace, workspace isolation on all AI calls. No AI feature runs without explicit allowlist approval.
Langfuse trace on every AI call
Every generateText and streamText call is traced with Langfuse. Model, prompt version, token consumption, and latency are visible. Customers can always see what was sent to Anthropic.
Human review on high-risk classifications
EU AI Act Annex III classifications are automatically flagged with ai_needs_review = true. High-risk use cases require human confirmation before activation. Automation is a tool, not a replacement.
05Commercial
Free during early access
Atlas is free during early access, at least until October 2026. You get the whole product on your own data, and if you sign up now you keep the founding price when payment starts.
No 3-year lock-in contracts
When Atlas becomes paid, it will be a monthly or annual subscription with no minimum commitments beyond the paid period. No 3-year contracts, and exit is possible at any time with 30 days notice.
We say it if Atlas doesn't fit
If your setup requires something Atlas can't do — such as full ArchiMate integration or on-premise hosting — we say so honestly. We're happy to refer you elsewhere. A wrong customer is bad for everyone.
