How it works

From first conversation to running architecture.

No form wall, no demo gate. You can try Atlas today, or talk to a person. Here is what working with us looks like, and how we think about price, so it all holds together before you commit to anything.

The shape

Three steps, no surprises.

  1. First conversation

A direct talk about your architecture and what you are trying to hold together. No slides, no obligation. If Atlas is not the right fit, we say so.

  2. Pilot

You start with a real slice of your portfolio in Atlas. Agents draft, your people confirm, and you see the model come alive on your own data.

  3. Run

The model becomes the shared picture the organisation works from, kept current as things change. We stay a partner, not a vendor you chase.

The first talk

What happens in the first conversation.

You talk to a person, not a form. We ask what is actually hard right now, show you what Atlas does with material like yours, and give you an honest read on fit. We are a partner, not a vendor. If Atlas is not right for you, we will say so.

Price

How we think about price.

Pricing is workspace-based, not a per-seat tax that punishes you for adding the people who need the picture. We are not publishing numbers yet, because we would rather set them with you than guess at them. When you are ready, we work out the numbers for your situation.

The numbers

Put a number on the overlap.

Before we ever talk price, you can estimate what portfolio overlap is costing you today. It is a rough number with sources you can check, not a sales trick.
