Import your application portfolio

If you already have a list of applications in a spreadsheet, CSV import is the fastest way to populate Atlas.

Required columns

Only one column is required: name. Everything else is optional and can be filled in later.

Recommended columns:

• name (required)
• vendor
• category
• owner_email
• business_criticality (low, medium, high)
• annual_cost_dkk

Import flow

1. Go to Settings → Import
2. Upload your CSV
3. Map columns — Atlas guesses, you confirm
4. Review preview — 10 rows shown
5. Import

After import, Atlas runs an AI classification pass. Each app gets suggested capabilities, lifecycle status, and risk indicators. Review them in the Applications list.

Tips

Keep your first import small (20-50 apps). You'll learn the mental model faster. Add the rest once you've tuned the capability taxonomy to your organization.
