Terms of Service

1. Parties and Agreement

These terms govern the relationship between Spekir ApS (VAT: registration pending), hereafter "Spekir", and the company or individual accessing or using the Spekir Atlas platform, hereafter "Customer".

2. Access and Use

Spekir grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms and the selected subscription plan. Usage beyond the allocated subscription limit will be billed separately.

3. Data and Confidentiality

Customer retains all rights to their data. Spekir processes customer data solely to deliver and improve the platform. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual subscribers receive a 20% discount. Payment is due in advance. Non-payment results in suspension of access after 14 days notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spekir's total liability to Customer shall not exceed the amounts paid by Customer in the preceding 12 months. Spekir is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or lost profits.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
