Data Processing Agreement
Version 1.0 — 19 April 2026
This DPA is entered into pursuant to GDPR Article 28 and forms part of the Service Agreement between Spekir and Customer.
1. Parties
Data Controller: Customer (as defined in the Service Agreement). Data Processor: Spekir ApS.
2. Purpose of Processing
Spekir processes personal data solely to deliver the Spekir Atlas platform to the data controller in accordance with the Service Agreement.
3. Sub-processors
An updated list of sub-processors is available via API and on our website. Customer grants general authorization for the use of sub-processors.
4. Security Measures
Spekir implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging.
5. Acceptance
By accepting the Service Agreement, Customer also accepts this DPA. Signature can be completed via the platform or by contacting legal@spekir.com.
